• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing candidates through the full hiring funnel—from application to offer—publishing and updating job postings across boards, coordinating interview schedules and communication with hiring teams, maintaining recruitment data trackers, monitoring key hiring metrics, and providing consistent candidate communication and support. The role also involves collaborating with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth transitions and contributing to process improvements that enhance candidate experience.
