📋 Description

  • Senior Client Partner — Strategic Hiring Advisor at Scale Army, a high-growth staffing agency building long-term partnerships with scaling U.S.-based companies. This role is critical to driving client success by serving as the trusted advisor who aligns hiring strategy with broader business goals, ensuring clients scale effectively through strategic talent acquisition.
  • You will manage a portfolio of 40–50 client relationships, acting as the primary strategic partner for founders, executives, and hiring leaders. Your work directly impacts client growth by guiding high-stakes hiring decisions, optimizing recruitment investments, and ensuring long-term partnership health through proactive engagement and satisfaction monitoring.
  • Day to day, you will lead conversations around hiring strategy, helping clients prioritize roles when budgets are constrained and advising leadership teams on data-informed hiring roadmaps that align with quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • You will conduct executive-level business reviews with clients, analyzing hiring trends, forecasting demand across your portfolio, identifying risks early, and supporting renewal discussions to strengthen retention and expand partnership value.
  • You will manage and coach a team of 2–3 Account Managers responsible for executing hiring searches, providing guidance on client communication, reviewing account health weekly, supporting complex client conversations, and developing team members into strategic client operators capable of independent partnership leadership.
  • You will ensure consistent service quality across all client engagements by monitoring satisfaction metrics, identifying process improvements, and maintaining high standards in delivery, reporting, and follow-through to build trust and credibility.
  • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, executive-level consulting, and team leadership within the staffing and recruiting industry, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who influences how scaling companies think about talent as a competitive advantage.
  • You will achieve measurable impact through strong client retention, repeat business, and consistently high client satisfaction scores, directly contributing to Scale Army’s reputation as a strategic hiring partner rather than a transactional vendor.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or client partnership roles with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with senior client stakeholders including founders, executives, and hiring leaders to influence strategic decisions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to guide clients through complex hiring decisions under budget constraints or shifting priorities
  • Experience managing client-facing team members (2–3 direct reports) including coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
  • Ability to forecast hiring demand, monitor client engagement and satisfaction, and identify risks early to support retention and renewal discussions
