  • • As a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Manager at Distro, Inc., you will be instrumental in building, scaling, and operationalizing a high-performing RPO business from the ground up.
  • • This pivotal role encompasses end-to-end RPO service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, achieving exceptional client outcomes, and driving financial performance.
  • • You will be the architect of our RPO delivery models, designing scalable solutions that cater to enterprise clients across diverse industries, varying hiring volumes, and multiple geographies.
  • • Your responsibilities will include ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality recruiting services, encompassing critical areas such as strategic sourcing, thorough candidate screening, efficient interview scheduling, seamless onboarding coordination, and insightful workforce analytics.
  • • You will establish the foundational operational framework for a new and rapidly growing RPO business, defining organizational structures, developing robust capacity models, creating comprehensive delivery playbooks, and implementing effective frameworks for client onboarding and transitions.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs), establish rigorous quality assurance frameworks, and design effective training programs for our recruiting teams to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • • You will drive operational readiness, meticulously preparing for enterprise implementations, managing transitions smoothly, and ensuring successful new client launches.
  • • You will hold direct accountability for the operational Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of the RPO business, focusing on meticulous cost management, maximizing productivity, optimizing margins, and enhancing revenue per recruiter.
  • • Collaboration with the Finance department will be essential for developing operating budgets, providing critical pricing inputs, designing staffing models, and generating accurate forecasts.
  • • Your mandate will include continuously optimizing delivery efficiency, improving resource utilization, and reducing the cost-to-serve while steadfastly maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
  • • You will serve as an executive sponsor for key enterprise RPO clients, cultivating strong relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, drive contract renewals, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • • A core function is to translate complex client talent acquisition needs into scalable, repeatable, and effective RPO solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • • You will establish robust governance models, develop insightful performance dashboards, and lead impactful executive business reviews to showcase RPO performance and strategic value.
  • • Close partnership with Sales, Product, and Technology teams is crucial to ensure the operational feasibility and successful execution of RPO solutions that are brought to market.
  • • You will actively support sales pursuits by providing essential operational input on solution design, validating pricing assumptions, and defining realistic implementation timelines.
  • • Aligning recruiting technology, advanced analytics, and comprehensive reporting capabilities with the evolving operational needs of the RPO business will be a continuous focus.
  • • You will oversee the adoption and continuous optimization of critical RPO delivery tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, workforce management solutions, and advanced reporting tools.
  • • You will champion continuous improvement initiatives across all recruiting processes, focusing on enhancing the candidate experience and boosting hiring manager satisfaction.
  • • Regular audits of operational procedures will be conducted, leading cross-departmental efforts to refine and meticulously document workflows for maximum efficiency and clarity.
  • • You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a team of senior operational leaders, recruiting managers, and dedicated delivery teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • • Cultivate an environment of operational rigor, continuous improvement, and unwavering accountability within your teams.
  • • Lead large-scale training sessions, conduct thorough operational reviews, and facilitate productive enterprise stakeholder meetings.
  • • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to attend team onsite meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions, potentially involving air travel, ground transportation, and public transit.
  • • You will build, maintain, and promote strong relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members, ensuring effective coordination of communications and services that directly impact clients.
