• • Shape the voice of Token Metrics across one of the most influential crypto communities on the planet. As our Reddit Marketing Intern you will own the end-to-end strategy for how we show up on Reddit—from the first up-vote to the final comment thread—ensuring that every interaction reinforces our reputation as the go-to AI-powered crypto analytics platform.
• • Day-to-day, you will immerse yourself in 20+ active subreddits (think r/CryptoCurrency, r/altcoin, r/ethfinance, r/CryptoMarkets, r/defi, and region-specific threads) to surface real-time questions, pain points, and emerging narratives. You will translate those insights into daily action: posting original market takes, replying to technical questions with data-backed answers, and seeding discussion prompts that spark 100+ comment threads.
• • You will repurpose our in-house research reports, AI-generated price-prediction charts, and weekly newsletter content into snackable Reddit formats—memes, infographics, AMA announcements, and “DD” (due-diligence) posts—always optimized for each subreddit’s culture and rules. Expect to create 3–5 high-quality posts per week and maintain a rolling calendar that maps content to market events (Fed meetings, Ethereum upgrades, major token unlocks).
• • Community trust is everything. You will monitor sentiment using tools like Subreddit Stats, Later for Reddit, and manual keyword tracking, flagging negative mentions within 30 minutes and crafting transparent, on-brand responses. You will also build relationships with moderators, power-users, and verified developers to secure sidebar links, pinned posts, and cross-promotional opportunities.
• • Data drives you. Each Friday you will export engagement metrics (up-votes, comment velocity, click-through to Token Metrics articles, referral sign-ups) into a concise dashboard for the Head of Growth. You will A/B test headline phrasing, posting times, and thumbnail styles—turning anecdotal hunches into statistically significant improvements.
• • Compliance is non-negotiable. You will maintain a living playbook of each subreddit’s rules, update the internal “Reddit Risk Matrix,” and run every post through a two-step approval workflow to ensure zero spam flags or shadow-bans. When policies change, you will brief the wider marketing team within 24 hours.
• • Collaboration is constant. You will sync twice weekly with our content team in Barcelona (10 AM CET stand-ups) to align on narrative themes, and once weekly with data scientists to translate complex AI model outputs into plain-English Reddit explanations. You will also join our global “Community Council” Slack channel to swap tactics with colleagues running Twitter, Telegram, and Discord campaigns.
• • Growth mindset required. By the end of the 3-month internship you will have grown our Reddit-derived referral traffic by 25 %, increased positive brand mentions by 40 %, and documented a repeatable playbook that the next intern—or a future full-time hire—can scale to new subreddits and languages.
