- • As a Refractive Surgical Sales Specialist (Capital Equipment) at Alcon Inc., you will drive growth of high-value refractive technologies across a multi-state territory based in Guadalajara, partnering with ophthalmic surgeons, clinics, and key stakeholders to position advanced surgical solutions and deliver measurable business impact.
- • Day to day, you will build strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and key opinion leaders to understand clinical and business needs, drive sales of capital equipment and refractive surgical platforms through complex negotiations, analyze territory performance and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, travel across the country for product demonstrations and customer support, and collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, or a related field (preferred)
- • 3+ years of experience in medical device, capital equipment, or consultative B2B sales
- • Proven track record in negotiation and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- • Strong business acumen: ability to analyze data, understand market dynamics, and respond to competitor activity
- • Exposure to ophthalmology, refractive technologies, or clinical environments (highly preferred)
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- • High level of discipline, autonomy, and execution focus in a results-driven environment
- • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
