  • • Drive explosive revenue growth across a multi-state territory as Amarok’s next Regional Account Executive, owning the full sales cycle from first handshake to signed contract and beyond. You will be the face of the nation’s #1 perimeter-security provider to thousands of commercial properties, translating complex physical-security challenges into simple, ROI-driven solutions.
  • • Own and exceed an annual new-business quota that typically lands between $2.5 M and $4 M ARR; your territory spans 3–6 states and includes verticals such as logistics, auto dealerships, construction, recycling, utilities, and self-storage—each hungry for 24/7, solar-powered protection.
  • • Build and rigorously manage a 4Ă— pipeline through disciplined prospecting: 40 outbound touches per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn, site visits), 8–10 new first meetings weekly, and 3–4 on-site demonstrations that showcase Amarok’s layered electric fence, cameras, lighting, and remote-guard technology.
  • • Run consultative discovery that uncovers hard-dollar losses from copper theft, catalytic-converter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized dumping; quantify pain in dollars and downtime, then map Amarok’s subscription model to immediate savings and insurance-premium reductions.
  • • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to C-suite, regional managers, and site-level operators; tailor every deck to the prospect’s KPIs—whether that’s reducing shrink by 60 %, cutting guard spend by $100 k annually, or hitting ESG goals with solar energy.
  • • Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams: loop in Solutions Engineers for site surveys, Finance for lease-versus-cash modeling, Legal for MSAs, and Customer Success for seamless hand-offs that ensure installations finish on time and customers become reference stories.
  • • Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to maintain 100 % data hygiene; forecast weekly with 90 % accuracy and provide market intel that shapes product roadmap, pricing strategy, and regional marketing campaigns.
  • • Champion customer expansion: identify upsell paths into additional yards, higher-tier monitoring, or complementary services (remote guards, access control) to grow net-revenue retention beyond 120 %.
  • • Represent Amarok at 6–8 regional trade shows and industry associations each year; convert booth traffic into qualified pipeline and position yourself as the thought leader on perimeter security trends.
  • • Travel up to 40 % within your region—day trips, overnights, and occasional national meetings—while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote home office and a monthly travel stipend.
  • • Collaborate daily with a tight-knit sales pod that celebrates wins on Slack, debriefs losses in weekly film sessions, and rallies around a shared mission: protecting what our customers have built.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding $1 M+ annual quotas
  • • Demonstrated success selling into multi-site commercial or industrial accounts; security, SaaS, telecom, or construction vertical experience strongly preferred
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern prospecting tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • • Ability to travel 30–40 % across your assigned region; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; high-energy, coachable, and data-driven mindset
