📋 Description

• Regional Account Manager at Lendable Ltd, a fast-growing UK fintech unicorn focused on transforming consumer finance through technology, data, and AI, with a mission to help people get credit and save money.
• Drive new business acquisition and manage existing dealer partnerships across an assigned territory in the motor finance sector, with 70% focus on winning new dealer relationships and 30% on developing existing accounts.
• Join a high-performing, resourceful team in a profitable, investor-backed company (Balderton Capital, Goldman Sachs) that has rebuilt core consumer finance products and is expanding into the UK and US markets.
• Develop expertise in FCA-regulated motor finance, Consumer Duty compliance, and dealer relationship management while contributing to sustainable growth and high-quality customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in business development or field sales within motor finance, automotive, or financial services
• Full UK driving licence
• Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, vulnerable customer expectations, and motor finance commission/disclosure rules
• Self-starter with ability to manage a territory independently and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
