- • As a Regional Account Manager at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within an assigned geographic territory. - • Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Sedgwick's comprehensive suite of products and services. This involves actively generating sales leads through a multi-faceted approach, including telemarketing, leveraging social media platforms, participating in local marketing events, and establishing direct contact with property claims adjusters and management-level professionals.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying and developing new partnerships, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients by remaining involved throughout the implementation process. This requires a deep understanding of individual prospect operations to pinpoint specific needs that Sedgwick's offerings can address.
- • A key aspect of this role involves developing a detailed knowledge of potential clients' operations, enabling you to tailor proposals and solutions that directly meet their unique requirements. You will be responsible for identifying the necessary expertise within Sedgwick to effectively address prospect needs and secure new business.
- • You will utilize Sedgwick's extensive internal resources to craft compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), develop persuasive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
- • A significant part of your role will be the development and execution of an annual sales plan. This plan will outline strategies for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and articulating how Sedgwick's capabilities can fulfill those needs.
- • You will proactively pursue sales leads, respond promptly to inquiries about Sedgwick's products and services, and maintain meticulous daily records of all interactions within the company's contact management database or CRM system.
- • Evaluating and interpreting customer needs is crucial for expanding the client list and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for referring sales leads and valuable customer feedback to the appropriate internal contacts, helping Sedgwick adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer demands.
- • This role involves coordinating and presenting at industry conferences and actively attending local claims association events to network and build brand presence within the territory.
- • You will be expected to achieve and consistently exceed all monthly sales quotas and goals, demonstrating a strong drive for results and a commitment to business development.
- • The ability to identify new potential markets while effectively managing an existing customer base is essential for sustained growth and success in this role.
- • You will concentrate on selling multiple lines of business to the claims community, with a specific focus on property desk and field adjusters.
- • This is a telecommuter position, allowing you to reside anywhere within the defined territory, offering significant flexibility and autonomy in your daily work and location.
- • Up to 50% travel will be required as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and manage your territory effectively.
