  • • As Regional Alliance Manager (APAC) at Optro Inc., you will serve as the primary strategic driver for expanding Optro’s market presence across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Japan, and ANZ by managing and scaling relationships with the Big 4 accounting firms and Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role is critical to Optro’s aggressive growth strategy in the APAC region, where alliance partners are instrumental in delivering Optro’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform to enterprise clients. You will operate from the Singapore hub as the regional face of the alliance organization, translating global strategy into localized execution while ensuring alignment with partner business goals.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for alliance partners in APAC, driving quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets by influencing partners to embed Optro technology into client engagements. You will recruit, onboard, and enable new and existing partners within the Big 4 and GSI ecosystems, developing tailored Go-To-Market strategies that align with each partner’s regional objectives. You will broker relationships between Optro’s regional sales teams and partner practitioners, sales, and marketing functions to accelerate joint opportunity identification and closure.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Regional Account Executives on territory planning, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), joint account mapping, and pipeline forecasting to increase partner-sourced sales. Additionally, you will design and execute marketing initiatives such as webcasts, roadshows, and co-branded events to boost brand awareness and demand generation across APAC markets. As an operational liaison, you will surface and resolve regional-specific needs—such as language support, localization requirements, or customer service adjustments—to ensure seamless customer experiences in diverse markets like Japan and Southeast Asia.
  • • The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of proven success in sales, channel management, or alliance development, with direct experience working with the Big 4, GSIs, or Managed Service Providers. You are a strategic thinker who can articulate complex technical value propositions to consultants and integrators while navigating matrix environments with ease. You possess strong influencing and networking skills, thrive in ambiguous settings, and are comfortable taking calculated risks to achieve regional growth goals. Familiarity with the ANZ and SEA business landscapes is required, and conversational Japanese language skills are a significant advantage.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, channel management, alliance development, or partner ecosystem roles, with a proven track record of success working with the Big 4 accounting firms, Global System Integrators (GSIs), or Managed Service Providers.
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partner-led Go-To-Market strategies, including partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint sales planning that directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • • Strong strategic and technical acumen, with the capability to understand and articulate Optro’s audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • • Proven influencing and networking skills, with experience building consensus across cross-functional teams and organizational boundaries in a matrix environment.
  • • Familiarity with the business dynamics, regulatory environments, and customer expectations in ANZ and Southeast Asia markets.
  • • Conversational Japanese language skills are considered a significant advantage (though not mandatory) for effective engagement in Japan-based partner and customer interactions.
