- • The Regional Business Leader, Dermatology is an enterprise thinker who mentors their team to work cross-functionally with Healthcare Providers and Key Accounts to identify shared priorities, deliver clinical value, and provide Takeda resource messaging in a patient-centered approach, establishing Takeda as a preferred partner.
- • The role involves recruiting, developing, retaining, mentoring, and leading a diverse team to deliver on strategic sales objectives, establishing accountability, communicating and supervising KPIs, and engaging all levels of performance while modeling the way for direct reports by encouraging a shared vision and optimizing processes.
- • The Regional Business Leader develops and implements customer-centric business plans in collaboration with customer engagement and cross-functional partners, analyzes data and market trends to drive sales objectives, and builds relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal business partners to support Takeda’s U.S. growth plans.
- • The person in this role will learn to lead a new team in a developing therapeutic area, drive product launch success, maximize sales results through strategic planning and accountability, and gain deep expertise in dermatology and immunology markets while ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree – BS/BA
- • Minimum of 5 years of management level experience in the pharmaceutical, immunology, biologic/biotech, or medical device industries
- • Prior experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative with proven track record of success in selling techniques and healthcare industry understanding
- • Demonstrated ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a sales team providing timely feedback
- • Strong communication skills – Verbal, written and presentation skills
- • Proficiency in using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

- • U.S. Base Salary Range: $176,000.00 - $242,000.00
