  • • As a Regional Channels Manager at Trellix, you will be at the forefront of driving cybersecurity solutions through a robust partner ecosystem across the Singapore region. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of channel dynamics and a proven ability to cultivate strong, revenue-generating relationships with partners. Your primary mission will be to significantly increase partner-led revenue, focusing on new business acquisition and securing net new logos, thereby expanding Trellix's market footprint.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive enablement programs, ensuring both sales and technical teams within our partner network are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent and sell Trellix's advanced cybersecurity platform. This includes designing, proposing, and implementing tailored training initiatives that align with partner needs and company objectives.
  • • A key responsibility involves the strategic recruitment and engagement of new partners. You will identify potential partners who align with Trellix's growth strategies and performance metrics, and then guide them through the onboarding process to foster productive and mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • • For existing partners, you will manage and nurture the relationship, focusing on driving incremental revenue growth, enhancing their solution competency, and ensuring adherence to program compliance. This involves proactive engagement and strategic planning to maximize their contribution to Trellix's success.
  • • You will be responsible for building and executing detailed territory plans for both key focus partners and select emerging partners within your designated region. These plans will outline strategies for growth, market penetration, and revenue generation, ensuring a clear roadmap for success.
  • • Acting as a lead facilitator, you will ensure seamless communication between Trellix and its partners. This includes facilitating access to necessary resources from both regional and corporate teams, ensuring partners have the support they need to thrive.
  • • Conducting regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) is essential, both internally with Trellix leadership and externally with partners. These reviews will assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
  • • You will actively drive product marketing and demand generation activities in collaboration with partners. This includes supporting their efforts in organizing seminars, participating in trade shows, and featuring Trellix solutions on their websites, thereby amplifying our market presence.
  • • Proactive communication with regional staff regarding channel pipeline and forecasts is critical for accurate business planning and resource allocation. You will provide regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment across the sales organization.
  • • A crucial aspect of the role involves monitoring, assessing, and reporting on the competitive landscape within the channel partner network in your region. Understanding competitor strategies and market trends will inform our own go-to-market approaches.
  • • You will serve as a company channel representative in the region, evangelizing Trellix's mission, purpose, and value proposition both internally and externally. This involves building strong relationships and advocating for the channel's importance.
  • • Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling you to clearly and concisely convey information through all available communication channels. This ensures that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
