  • • As a foundational member of Vantage Analytics Inc.'s burgeoning EMEA team, you will step into the critical role of Regional Commercial Director, EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to not only drive significant revenue growth but also to establish Vantage as the undisputed leader in end-to-end retail media orchestration across the diverse and dynamic markets of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be instrumental in architecting and executing our regional sales strategy, forging high-value partnerships with key players, and spearheading business development initiatives meticulously tailored to the unique commercial and regulatory landscape of the EMEA region.
  • • The retail media network (RMN) sector is experiencing exponential growth, bringing with it increased complexity. As more stakeholders become involved, integrations deepen, and a greater proportion of revenue becomes directly tied to performance, the need for precision in execution, optimization, and scaling becomes paramount. At Vantage, the Delivery function is the engine that transforms commercial commitments into measurable, tangible outcomes. It is the critical mechanism that converts complex integrations into active, high-performing campaigns, driving sustained revenue growth for our clients.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive, region-specific sales strategy designed to capture substantial market share within a landscape characterized by fragmentation and distinct local nuances. This involves identifying and penetrating high-growth markets, adapting our approach to suit the specific needs and structures of local retail ecosystems, and setting ambitious yet achievable regional KPIs and revenue targets that not only align with global company objectives but also acknowledge the varying stages of market maturity across EMEA.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve expanding Vantage’s regional client base by securing strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers. You will be tasked with cultivating deep, trusted relationships with Retail Media Network Leaders and C-suite executives, effectively positioning Vantage as the indispensable bridge for enabling seamless and successful cross-border retail media operations. Furthermore, you will act as a prominent thought leader within the EMEA AdTech and MarTech communities, representing Vantage at key industry events, conferences, and forums, thereby enhancing our brand visibility and establishing our expertise.
  • • As a leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and scaling a diverse, high-performing EMEA team. This team must be adept at navigating complex, consultative, and often multi-lingual sales cycles. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between regional market needs and global product roadmaps, ensuring that sales collateral, go-to-market strategies, and product messaging are effectively localized and resonate with the EMEA audience. A key aspect of your leadership will be fostering a culture of excellence, providing the necessary coaching and support to enable your team to consistently win in a highly competitive enterprise sales environment.
  • • You will meticulously manage the entire EMEA sales funnel, ensuring a healthy, predictable, and robust pipeline through sophisticated CRM hygiene and proactive management. This includes leading complex negotiations, developing and managing regional pricing strategies, and navigating the intricacies of local contract legalities, such as localized Data Processing Agreements. Accurate and timely revenue forecasting for the EMEA territory will be essential for informing the CRO and executive leadership.
  • • Collaboration with our Customer Success team will be vital to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients, respecting local language requirements and service expectations. You will also be responsible for driving expansion revenue through strategic upselling initiatives, solidifying Vantage’s position as the essential 'operating system' for our clients' retail media businesses. This role offers the exciting prospect of expanding into a Regional Go-To-Market Leader as the business grows.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales Leadership, with a specific focus on Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech within the EMEA markets.
  • • Proven track record of successfully scaling enterprise sales operations from an early-stage to a market-leading position within the region.
  • • Deep understanding of the EMEA retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and regional privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy).
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote or distributed teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in an additional major European language (French, German, or Spanish) being a significant advantage.
  • • Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to sales strategy and coaching.
  • • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' mentality, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
