• • The Regional Commercial Sales Account Manager is responsible for outside commercial sales, lead generation, client procurement, and commercial job management, focusing on selling Floor & Decor’s commercial products to medium and large institutional buyers such as builders, developers, designers, and contractors.
• • Day to day, the role involves daily travel to call on existing and prospective customers, managing commercial projects from inception to completion, prospecting for new accounts, responding to RFPs and RFQs, coordinating with inside sales and commercial support teams, and maintaining awareness of local market trends.
• • Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. is a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring and related accessories, operating over 100 stores nationwide, with a strong focus on serving both residential and commercial customers through expert product knowledge and service.
• • In this role, the individual will develop advanced skills in commercial sales strategy, project management, CRM utilization, negotiation, and market analysis, while building a robust client base and contributing directly to regional revenue growth.
