- • Serve as the regional advocate and activator for Gamma in Germany, building authentic local presence through community engagement and trusted networks.
- • Identify and cultivate relationships with active Gamma users including creators, educators, and early adopters to drive adoption and retention.
- • Plan, organize, and host small-scale in-person or virtual events such as workshops, hackathons, and meetups to introduce new users to Gamma and deepen engagement among existing users.
- • Develop and deliver localized learning content, including a region-specific Gamma 101 course, tailored to the language, culture, and needs of the German-speaking audience.
- • Create region-specific educational resources such as templates, guides, and tutorials that resonate with local users and enhance their ability to master the platform.
- • Manage and grow a dedicated regional community platform to foster peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and user-driven support.
- • Produce and distribute engaging content via social media, video, and written formats to promote Gamma’s value proposition and community activities.
- • Collect and synthesize monthly feedback from the regional community on user experience, feature requests, and product pain points to inform global product development.
- • Share monthly engagement summaries with the global Community team, highlighting key metrics, success stories, and actionable insights from the German market.
- • Act as a bridge between local users and Gamma’s global team, ensuring cultural and linguistic nuances are reflected in product messaging and community strategy.
- • Represent Gamma at local tech, education, and creator events to increase brand visibility and attract new users to the platform.
- • Adapt global community initiatives to fit regional context while maintaining alignment with Gamma’s core mission and brand voice.
- • Record and edit video-based learning materials in German to serve as a primary onboarding resource for new users in the region.
- • Maintain consistent communication with the global Community team to coordinate campaigns, share best practices, and align on regional priorities.
- • Proactively identify emerging trends and opportunities within the German creator and AI ecosystem to recommend new community-driven initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to train or teach through workshops, classrooms, online courses, or community-led learning experiences
- • Experience organizing events, hackathons, or community gatherings that drive real outcomes and engagement
- • Active involvement in local creator, AI, startup, or education communities in Germany
- • Fluency in German and English, with cultural fluency to connect authentically with the local audience
- • Comfortable with content creation and social media distribution, including video production, writing guides, and sharing content effectively
- • Willingness to record localized Gamma courses that become a go-to resource for new users in Germany
