  • • As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-volume and velocity sales environment. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently achieve sales targets, effectively recruit and develop top sales talent, leverage your expertise in tech sales, and cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships that are integral to our sales process.   • • You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales organization by leading and mentoring best-in-class sales teams while executing at an exceptionally high level.   • • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Building, managing, leading, and inspiring a high-performing Sales team to achieve ambitious near and long-term growth objectives.
  • • Guiding the team to identify, target, pitch, and successfully close high-quality campaigns and strategic partnerships that propel business advancement.
  • • Maintaining active and accurate reporting and forecasting of pipeline, sales performance, and key metrics.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities and developing innovative strategies to enhance sales process efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness across the sales organization.
  • • Conducting regular reporting and forecasting on market trends, ecosystem dynamics, and competitor analysis within your managed markets.
  • • Taking full ownership of new customer acquisition and revenue generation within your team's purview to ensure all growth targets are met and exceeded.
  • • Providing dedicated support to Account Executives through expert guidance, coaching, and strategic deal planning to foster individual rep success and team achievement.
  • • Acting as a strong advocate for your team, collaborating closely with executive leadership to build a robust and scalable sales foundation for Zip's sustained future growth.
