- • Regional Director, Enterprise Sales at Fivetran Inc. is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling enterprise revenue by leading a team of high-performing Account Executives targeting Fivetran’s most strategic accounts. This role is critical to driving new business and expansion in the enterprise segment, directly contributing to Fivetran’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity.
- • The person will lead, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed growing revenue targets; drive a high-accountability culture through coaching and disciplined sales processes like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Operations to build an effective go-to-market motion; partner externally with SI’s, GSI’s, and tech partners to enable co-selling; ensure excellence in complex multi-stakeholder deal execution; drive AE-owned pipeline generation with BDR collaboration; forecast accurately to executive leadership; and work closely with technology and SI partners to achieve successful co-selling motions.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced enterprise sales leadership skills, deepen expertise in technical solution selling to large enterprises, master complex deal strategy and execution, and build a scalable, high-integrity sales organization. They will have the opportunity to shape Fivetran’s enterprise go-to-market strategy, influence product and partner strategy through customer insights, and accelerate their career by driving significant business impact in a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a proven track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior Account Executives selling technical solutions to large, complex enterprises
- • Demonstrated history of overachievement as both an enterprise seller and leader, with teams consistently exceeding revenue targets and accelerating careers under your leadership
- • Natural ability to lead and motivate Account Executives through change, earning trust and respect with a One Team One Dream mindset, and passion for field sales including direct engagement with Economic Buyers
- • Expertise in land and expand sales motions, experience building outbound selling cultures, and proven success in cross-functional collaboration and co-selling with external partners to build enterprise business from the ground up
- • Experience leveraging data-backed vision to drive positive business outcomes and unwillingness to settle for good results when great results are possible
