📋 Description

  • Senior Account Executive role focused on selling Square’s ecosystem to restaurant owners, particularly small and mid-sized businesses, to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling and emailing, conducting discovery calls and demos, developing tailored solutions using first- and third-party offerings, and managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Part of Block, Inc.’s Outbound Sales Team, collaborating with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Opportunity to build a scalable outbound sales process, exceed KPIs, leverage Salesforce for pipeline tracking, and grow expertise in consultative selling within the restaurant vertical while contributing to Block’s mission of expanding economic access.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Business development experience, including new logo sourcing and acquisition
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
