- • Lead and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expansion across Fivetran’s most strategic accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity for thousands of organizations worldwide.
- • Attract, hire, develop, and empower Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets through disciplined sales execution, value-based selling using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies, and fostering a high-accountability, One Team One Dream culture.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Alliances, and Revenue Operations to build and refine an effective Enterprise go-to-market motion, while externally partnering with SIs, GSIs, and tech partners to enable co-selling motions and expand market reach.
- • Drive AE ownership of pipeline generation, ensure accurate forecasting to executive leadership, and champion outbound selling culture by promoting AE/BDR collaboration to identify, qualify, and build sustainable pipeline for complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales leadership skills, deepen expertise in technical solution selling to large enterprises, and build a legacy of team growth and career acceleration by mentoring high-achieving AEs while contributing to Fivetran’s vision of becoming the standard for data integration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a proven track record of recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing senior Account Executives who sell technical solutions to large, complex enterprises.
- • Demonstrated history of overachievement as both an enterprise seller and leader, with teams consistently exceeding revenue targets and accelerating careers under your leadership.
- • Natural ability to lead and motivate teams through change, earning trust and respect via a One Team One Dream mindset, with passion for field sales and direct engagement with Economic Buyers.
- • Expertise in land and expand sales motions, experience building outbound selling cultures, and proven ability to partner cross-functionally and co-sell with external partners (SIs, GSIs, tech partners) to scale an enterprise business.
- • Experience with consumption-based business models is a plus; demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enrich sales motions is preferred.
