- • As Regional Director, Enterprise at Fivetran, you will lead and scale a team of high-achieving Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expansion across strategic accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity for thousands of organizations worldwide.
- • You will attract, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed growing revenue targets while fostering a high-accountability culture through best-in-class coaching, disciplined sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Alliances, and Revenue Operations to build an effective Enterprise go-to-market motion.
- • You will partner externally with SI’s, GSI’s, and technology partners to enable co-selling motions, ensure excellence in complex multi-stakeholder deal execution, drive AE-owned pipeline generation through effective BDR collaboration, and provide accurate forecasting to executive leadership with deep insight into Enterprise business performance.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales leadership skills, refine your ability to coach and motivate high-performing technical sellers, master complex enterprise sales motions (land and expand), and gain exposure to cutting-edge data infrastructure technology while accelerating your career through mentorship, performance-based incentives, and direct impact on Fivetran’s growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a proven track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior Account Executives selling technical solutions to large, complex enterprises.
- • Demonstrated history of overachievement as both an enterprise seller and leader, with teams consistently exceeding revenue targets and accelerating career growth under your leadership.
- • Natural ability to lead and motivate Account Executives through change, earning trust and respect via a One Team One Dream mindset, with passion for field sales including direct engagement with Economic Buyers and executive bridging to close new and expansion opportunities.
- • Expertise in both land and expand sales motions, experience building outbound selling cultures, driving accountability for qualified pipeline generation, and partnering cross-functionally with external partners (SI’s, GSI’s, tech partners) to co-sell and scale an Enterprise business.
- • Experience leveraging data-backed vision and customer curiosity to drive positive business outcomes, with bonus consideration for consumption business model experience and AI-enabled sales motion proficiency.
