  • • As Regional Director of Sales for British Columbia at Neo Financial Technologies Inc., you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving profitability and success across your designated region, directly managing and developing District Managers to ensure they achieve sales targets, optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and uphold Neo’s operational standards in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
  • • You will develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, manage and mentor District Managers through ongoing coaching and support, monitor and analyze regional sales performance data to improve effectiveness and reduce CAC, ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and development of Store Managers and sales representatives, spearhead regional sales training initiatives for consistent program delivery, maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies, facilitate communication between District Managers and senior sales leadership, identify and pursue new growth opportunities including new locations and partnerships, prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the Senior Director of Sales, and travel frequently within the region to assess operations and implement best practices.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in regional sales leadership, data-driven performance optimization, P&L management, and high-impact team development within the financial services and direct-to-consumer sales sectors, while building a strong professional network in British Columbia’s business community and directly contributing to Neo’s mission of financial inclusion and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams within a growth channel
  • • 8+ years of experience driving sales growth, improving team performance, and managing profitability (P&L)
  • • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, and sales metrics, with strong ability to interpret sales data and use it to drive strategic decision-making
  • • 7+ years of experience with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the British Columbia region
  • • Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts, ideally in financial services or direct-to-consumer sales
  • • Established network of high-performing sales representatives suitable for representing Neo Financial
