- • As a Regional Director, Sales & Recruiting for Berwick Insurance Group under Integrity Marketing Group, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence by recruiting, coaching, and managing insurance agents who sell Medicare plans to eligible prospects. This role directly contributes to increasing the number of selling agents in Berwick’s downline, thereby driving annual growth in Medicare plan sales and supporting the company’s mission to help people protect their life, health, and wealth.
- • Day to day, you will recruit, coach, and support agents to sell Medicare plans; answer questions and guide agents through Medicare sales-related situations; promote Berwick benefits to agent and agency partners; develop and maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives; collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize company growth; and model a high level of professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
- • You will be part of Integrity Marketing Group, LLC, a nation-leading independent distributor of life, health, and wealth insurance products with a strong insurtech focus.
