- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies designed to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets for your assigned region. This involves a deep understanding of the Medicare market, identifying untapped sales channels, and spearheading expansion into new geographical or demographic markets. You will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform your strategic planning and ensure The Baldwin Group remains a leader in the industry.
- • A critical aspect of this role is the recruitment and development of a robust network of brokers and agencies. You will actively engage in networking, grass-roots marketing, and leveraging referrals and technology to attract talented professionals. Your focus will be on building a strong team capable of effectively selling individual and family health insurance, small business health insurance, and supplemental insurance products, with a particular emphasis on the Medicare market.
- • You will lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing them with the coaching, support, and resources necessary to achieve their individual performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This includes setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and motivating team environment.
- • Performance analysis and reporting are key components of this role. You will conduct in-depth sales performance analysis, generate detailed sales reports, and lead accurate sales forecasting efforts for your region. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify areas of success, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies.
