  • • The Regional Head of Talent Acquisition will assume complete ownership of talent acquisition within their designated European region, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all facets of recruitment strategy, current market conditions, and the availability of top-tier talent.
  • • A key responsibility involves overseeing the entire recruitment delivery ecosystem, which includes managing internal recruiters, collaborating closely with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partners, and engaging with external recruitment vendors to ensure seamless and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • • Leveraging advanced analytics, deep insights into talent market trends, and rigorous analysis of search performance metrics, this role will be instrumental in proactively identifying potential risks within the hiring process, highlighting emerging opportunities for talent acquisition, and providing critical support for strategic workforce planning initiatives.

  • • Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the European region is paramount, ensuring that every aspect of recruitment delivery is tightly aligned with overarching business priorities.
  • • This includes the diligent oversight of recruitment delivery across all channels – internal teams, RPO partners, and external agencies – with a strong emphasis on ensuring effectiveness, maintaining high quality standards, and establishing clear accountability for results.
  • • Acting as the primary interface for the RPO partner, this role involves providing clear direction, actively managing their performance, and ensuring their operations are consistently aligned with Solenis' business expectations and objectives.
  • • A critical function is the utilization of hiring data, in-depth market intelligence, and external benchmarking studies to inform and influence strategic decisions, drive measurable improvements in hiring outcomes, and provide authoritative guidance to leaders regarding talent availability and competitive compensation landscapes.
  • • Regular, structured reviews with business leaders and HR stakeholders will be conducted to meticulously assess hiring progress, proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and make necessary strategic adjustments to optimize the recruitment process.
  • • Providing expert guidance on role scope definition, appropriate leveling for positions, and the overall hiring approach is necessary to ensure these elements are perfectly aligned with both immediate business needs and broader market realities.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment effectiveness, build robust and sustainable talent pipelines, and actively support proactive workforce planning are key drivers of success in this role.
  • • The creation and delivery of insightful regional dashboards, comprehensive talent insights summaries, and detailed hiring quality reports for HR and senior leadership teams will be a regular expectation, providing transparency and actionable intelligence.
