- • The Regional Manager for the Central Region will lead a team of Account Managers focused on driving sales of literacy education solutions to small and mid-sized school districts, charter schools, and non-public schools across AL, AR, IA, IL, KY, LA, MN, MO, MS, and TN. This role is critical to expanding Cambium Learning Group’s market presence and supporting its mission to improve student outcomes through educational technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring sales territories and assigning quotas, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts to leadership, ensuring team KPIs are met, collaborating cross-functionally on regional strategies, coaching Account Managers through 1:1s and call shadowing, supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to multi-year partnerships, and recruiting, training, and hiring new team members as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
- • 7+ years of successful client-facing sales experience, with managing both renewal and new business accounts highly preferred
- • Experience in hiring, leading, motivating, and developing a sales team to success preferred
- • Experience in K12 educational technology and/or SaaS software market highly preferred
- • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth environment
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and exceptional analytical skills
- • Proficient user of CRM (Salesforce), MS Office, Google Suites, and video conferencing tools
- • Ability to travel up to 30%
