As the Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing this life-changing technology to healthcare providers and expectant families across your designated states.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption and sales of BillionToOne's prenatal diagnostic solutions within your territory. This involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, genetic counselors, and hospital administrators. You will be the face of BillionToOne in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky, building brand awareness and establishing our products as the gold standard in prenatal genetic screening.
- • Success in this role requires a strategic approach to market penetration. You will analyze market trends, identify competitive landscapes, and develop tailored strategies to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities. This includes understanding the unique healthcare ecosystems within each state and adapting your approach accordingly. You will be expected to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a consistent ability to grow market share and revenue.
- • Collaboration is key to our success at BillionToOne. You will work closely with our marketing, medical affairs, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This includes providing valuable market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies, as well as ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support throughout their journey with BillionToOne.
- • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients is paramount. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their clinical needs and demonstrating how BillionToOne's innovative solutions can enhance patient care and practice efficiency. This involves conducting compelling presentations, delivering educational programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful integration of our tests into their clinical workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, specifically within the diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- • Deep understanding of the prenatal healthcare market, including key stakeholders (OB/GYNs, MFM specialists, genetic counselors), clinical workflows, and reimbursement landscapes in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve and exceed sales targets, and manage a remote territory effectively.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing); advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
