- • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager, APJ, to spearhead XBOW's marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, with a strategic focus on Singapore, Australia/New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that translates our global vision into locally relevant programs. The ultimate goal is to drive significant brand awareness, generate a robust sales pipeline, and establish long-term market leadership within these key territories.
- • This position sits at the critical nexus of Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Community engagement. You will be empowered to design and implement high-impact regional programs, encompassing a wide array of activities such as targeted campaigns, impactful events, strategic partner activations, and the localization of essential marketing content. This is a true builder role, offering the opportunity to establish the foundational APJ marketing playbook, foster a culture of rapid testing and iteration, and systematically scale successful initiatives.

- • Key responsibilities include:
- • Owning and meticulously executing XBOW’s regional marketing strategy across the APJ theater, with a concentrated effort on Singapore, Australia/New Zealand, Korea, and Japan.
- • Architecting and scaling integrated regional marketing programs, which will encompass demand generation campaigns, impactful field events, exclusive executive briefing sessions, informative webinars, and engaging community initiatives.
- • Forging close partnerships with the Sales organization to provide dedicated support for pipeline generation, executing targeted account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and contributing to the success of key regional deals.
- • Skillfully localizing global messaging, product positioning, and marketing campaigns to ensure profound cultural and market relevance across the diverse APJ landscape.
- • Collaborating seamlessly with the Product Marketing team to translate XBOW’s advanced technical capabilities into compelling regional narratives, practical use cases, and value propositions.
- • Working hand-in-hand with our Partners and Alliances teams to conceptualize and execute impactful joint marketing programs within the region.
- • Taking ownership of the regional event strategy, which includes identifying and participating in key third-party conferences, organizing proprietary XBOW events, and facilitating executive roundtables.
- • Coordinating effectively with the Content and Communications teams to support regional content requirements, amplify significant PR moments, and foster thought leadership opportunities.
- • Diligently managing regional marketing budgets, project timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
- • Defining, monitoring, and reporting on key success metrics for APJ marketing efforts, focusing on pipeline impact, audience engagement, and overall brand awareness.
- • Serving as the internal advocate for the APJ region, consistently sharing valuable market insights, crucial customer feedback, and relevant competitive intelligence with the broader organization.
- • This role demands a proactive, strategic, and hands-on approach, with a strong emphasis on measurable results and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics. You will be a key driver of XBOW's growth and success in the APJ region.
