- • Lead regional marketing strategy for TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) and LATAM, aligning campaigns with pipeline and growth objectives while accounting for local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- • Own and execute select All-Americas (AMER-wide) marketing programs, ensuring alignment, scalability, and consistent execution across regions to maximize impact and efficiency.
- • Plan and deliver digital-first campaigns using paid media, email marketing, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to generate demand and engage target accounts in TOLA and LATAM.
- • Partner directly with regional sales leadership to translate business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives that drive revenue outcomes and support sales pipeline goals.
- • Collaborate with LATAM partner and channel teams—including distributors, resellers, and strategic partners—to co-develop and amplify integrated marketing efforts that extend reach and effectiveness.
- • Adapt global marketing campaigns into locally relevant programs tailored to the languages, preferences, and buying behaviors of audiences in both TOLA and LATAM markets.
- • Coordinate with regional specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout of campaigns, events, and partner-aligned initiatives with precise timing and execution.
- • Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguous market conditions with creativity and adaptability, identifying innovative approaches when traditional tactics fail to deliver results.
- • Measure and analyze campaign performance using marketing and CRM platforms to track engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, then optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- • Serve as a key regional marketing leader with ownership over both local execution and broader AMER-wide program coordination, balancing autonomy with organizational alignment.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with B2B marketing workflows, sales-marketing alignment frameworks, and regional market characteristics specific to TOLA and LATAM.
- • Ensure all marketing activities are data-driven, results-oriented, and tied directly to measurable business outcomes such as lead generation, account engagement, and revenue growth.
- • Represent Redis in regional markets by embodying the brand’s mission of creating a faster world with simpler experiences through consistent, high-impact marketing communication.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on regional, field, or demand generation marketing
- • Proven experience leading digital campaign initiatives that drive measurable pipeline impact
- • Experience owning or contributing to multi-region or AMER-wide marketing programs
- • Strong understanding of aligning marketing efforts to sales priorities and revenue outcomes
- • Familiarity with partner/channel ecosystems, with experience in LATAM preferred
- • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
