• • As a Regional Marketing Specialist for Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, you will drive life insurance sales by recruiting and supporting independent financial professionals in the Idaho region, positioning life insurance as a core component of financial planning for individuals and businesses.
• • Day to day, you will prospect and recruit qualified financial professionals, coach them on practice management and advanced marketing strategies, conduct up to 20 weekly face-to-face meetings, lead regional study groups, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and recruiting goals while maintaining compliance with FINRA and state regulations.
• • You will join Penn Mutual’s West Regional team, a trusted leader in life insurance and financial services with over 175 years of experience, working in a flexible hybrid model that empowers you to balance professional impact with personal well-being while representing the company’s commitment to integrity, respect, and belonging.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in life insurance products, financial planning, and field sales leadership, develop advanced recruiting and coaching skills, and contribute to market growth by building lasting partnerships between financial professionals and Penn Mutual’s broker-dealer, HTK, all while operating with autonomy and purpose in a mission-driven organization.
