- • As a Regional Operations Manager for TENTENS Tech, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic business development across the dynamic Asian market. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of strategic vision and flawless execution, demanding a leader who can not only understand the nuances of diverse cultures and business landscapes but also translate that understanding into robust, scalable operational processes.
- • TENTENS Tech, a partner IT company of SKELAR, is a leading Ukrainian venture builder renowned for constructing international tech businesses. We specialize in social discovery platforms that have garnered a global user base exceeding 20 million. Our success is underpinned by deep expertise in analytics, high-load systems, and performance marketing. The TENTENS Tech team comprises over 250 individuals, each embodying a CEO mindset, actively contributing to our collective achievements. We operate under the "10/10ths" philosophy: relentlessly pursuing our goals, asking critical questions, and consistently striving for maximum impact.
- • In this role, you will be tasked with elevating the operational standards and business development initiatives within the Asia region. This region is characterized by its diversity, presenting complex challenges as it undergoes active diversification. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality of operations while navigating these complexities and fostering sustainable growth.
- • A core aspect of your mandate will be to enhance operational efficiency throughout the Asia region. This involves meticulously overseeing the day-to-day operational processes, identifying and rectifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity. You will be responsible for optimizing workspaces and team flows to ensure maximum efficiency and a conducive working environment.
- • You will play a crucial role in the success of Business Development processes. This includes optimizing the onboarding process for new leads, diligently tracking their performance within the region, and developing a comprehensive KPI plan. Furthermore, you will implement a structured development system for new leads, ensuring their successful integration and contribution to the business.
- • Improving communication processes is another key area of focus. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining essential training manuals, managing a dedicated regional channel for important news and updates, and actively tracking the effectiveness of team communication to ensure clarity and alignment.
- • Your strategic approach will be vital in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the platform maintains its high standards even amidst rapid expansion. You will need to be adept at synthesizing information, drawing actionable insights, and implementing solutions that drive tangible results.
- • This position requires a proactive and data-driven mindset, where decisions are informed by facts and a clear understanding of key business indicators. You will be expected to manage risks and dependencies effectively, identifying potential issues before they impact operations and escalating problems promptly when necessary.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and proactivity, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and initiative in developing solutions and improving processes without the need for constant supervision. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and make flexible decisions will be critical to navigating the fast-paced environment of the Asian market.
- • You will be expected to collaborate effectively within the 08:00–17:00 CET/Warsaw time slot, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with global stakeholders.
