- • As a Regional Partner Manager for SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will drive strategic growth across the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau markets by managing and expanding the partner ecosystem. This role is critical to SailPoint’s indirect sales strategy, where you will act as the primary liaison between SailPoint’s go-to-market (GTM) organization and regional partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives, pipeline development, and market execution. Your work will directly influence revenue generation by enabling partners to effectively sell, implement, and support SailPoint’s identity security solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and managing business plans with regional strategic partners to drive alignment, enablement, and demand generation; defining and implementing market coverage strategies tailored to the APJ region; building GTM solutions and joint offers with partners; aligning internal and external resources to support partner success; managing and tracking performance against agreed-upon KPIs; developing capacity plans to ensure partners can deliver successful customer implementations; collaborating with the delivery success team to maintain quality and compliance; identifying customer sales opportunities through the partner network and working with field sales to manage opportunities via SailPoint’s pipeline process; preparing quarterly territory reviews and assessments for management and sales leadership; coordinating all communication and activities between channel partners, SailPoint corporate, field sales, and partner teams; resolving conflicts, forecasting deals, and enabling localized partner enablement through training and evangelism.

You will sharpen your skills in strategic account planning, partner lifecycle management, and cross-cultural business negotiation while building a measurable track record of revenue impact. Over time, you will gain visibility into SailPoint’s global GTM operations, influence partner product roadmap feedback, and position yourself for advancement into senior partner leadership or regional sales management roles within the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Partner Management and Business-to-Business sales
- • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field (preferred)
- • Proven results in a partner-oriented sales environment
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills
- • In-depth experience managing partner activity and implementing process optimizations
- • Willingness to undertake 40-50% business travel
