📋 Description
- • As a Regional Partner Manager for the DACH region at LastPass, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by cultivating and managing relationships with reseller partners across EMEA.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to champion LastPass's comprehensive suite of password and identity management solutions, leveraging your existing network and the broader LastPass organizational connections to expand market reach.
- • You will work collaboratively with the Partner Marketing team to conceptualize and execute impactful co-marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and maximizing partner engagement.
- • Similarly, you will partner closely with the Solution Consulting team to provide partners with the technical expertise and support needed to effectively position and sell LastPass products.
- • A key aspect of this role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining valuable reseller partners, encompassing both distributor-managed and direct partnership models.
- • To ensure you are fully equipped to support our partners, you will undertake and complete the same certification trainings required of them, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product offerings and their value proposition.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring partners thoroughly understand and internalize training materials, pitch decks, and enablement courses, empowering them to confidently and effectively sell and support LastPass solutions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve utilizing CRM and sales engagement tools, such as Salesforce and Outreach, to meticulously manage partner interactions, track progress, and identify new opportunities.
- • Your focus will be on closing new business and driving expansion within existing accounts through strategic engagement with key channel partners, directly contributing to revenue targets.
- • You will be tasked with understanding and managing distribution coverage across your territory to ensure robust performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- • Representing LastPass at industry trade shows and events will be a crucial part of your role, providing opportunities to engage with current and prospective partners, build brand awareness, and generate leads.
- • Maintaining high-quality forecasting and pipeline management is essential, ensuring accurate visibility into sales projections and partner activity.
- • You will actively support corporate Partner Program initiatives, including participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing partner communications, and contributing to thought leadership efforts.

- • You will be an integral member of the regional sales go-to-market team, fostering strong cross-functional relationships with sales, technical, marketing, and executive leadership.

- • You will be expected to accurately forecast all partner-driven business using Salesforce.com, providing reliable data for strategic planning.
- • This role involves regular regional travel within the DACH territory, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 50%, and occasional trips to other locations as needed.
