- • As the Regional Partner Relations Lead for EMEA at dLocal, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth and operational excellence across one of the world's most dynamic emerging markets. This pivotal role sits within the Growth Operations & Partnerships team, where you will collaborate intimately with our Operations and Commercial departments to transform high-potential strategic partnerships into robust, sustainable revenue streams, optimized margins, and enhanced operational resilience throughout the EMEA region.
- • Your primary mission will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring dLocal's payment solutions are seamlessly integrated and effectively leveraged by our clients. You will act as the central point of contact, understanding the unique needs and challenges of partners in diverse EMEA markets and translating these insights into actionable strategies that drive mutual success.
- • This involves a deep dive into the intricacies of payment processing, local market nuances, and regulatory landscapes across the EMEA territory. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, evaluating their strategic fit and potential impact, and developing comprehensive plans for their onboarding and ongoing management.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships, focusing on key metrics such as Total Payment Volume (TPV), profit margins, and operational efficiency. You will proactively identify areas for improvement, implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance, and report on progress to senior leadership.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with the Commercial teams to support sales efforts by providing deep insights into partner capabilities and market trends. Simultaneously, you will collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure smooth integration, efficient transaction processing, and effective issue resolution, thereby guaranteeing a superior customer experience for both our merchants and their end-users.
- • The role demands a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and mitigating risks associated with partner operations, ensuring compliance with dLocal's policies and relevant regulations. You will be instrumental in building strong, long-term alliances that are not only commercially successful but also operationally sound and resilient.
