- • As a Regional Sales Director at Illumio, you will serve as the front-line leader in the field organization, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth by targeting Fortune 250 accounts through a named accounts strategy, directly contributing to the company’s mission of stopping ransomware and breaches before they escalate.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for large enterprise deals ranging from $500k to over $1M, leveraging both direct sales and strategic partner ecosystems to identify, engage, and close opportunities while building long-term relationships with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing a territory plan focused on target accounts, prospecting to uncover champions and sponsors, collaborating with Account Development Representatives to nurture leads, and leading virtual cross-functional teams of Illumio personnel and external partners to win and manage new opportunities.
- • You will accurately forecast sales outcomes, align client business objectives with Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation solutions, and actively identify, engage, and develop relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners to expand market reach and co-sell effectively.
- • You will deliver tailored, insight-driven "teaching conversations" that demonstrate deep technical and business acumen, positioning Illumio as a strategic partner in cyber resilience by understanding each prospect’s unique security challenges and networking infrastructure.
- • Operating within a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, leverage your strong partner network and existing Rolodex of contacts, and consistently exceed annual sales goals through disciplined execution and strategic account planning.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in enterprise security sales, partner-led go-to-market strategies, and executive-level negotiation, positioning yourself for continued growth as a top-tier sales leader in the high-stakes cybersecurity industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a proven background in security and/or networking software solutions
- • 5+ years of demonstrated success in co-selling through strategic partner networks, including resellers and system integrators
- • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to C-suite executives across multiple lines of business, supported by a strong existing Rolodex of regional contacts
- • Ability to deliver tailored, insight-driven "teaching conversations" that align technical solutions with business outcomes
- • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the agility to adapt plans and tactics as needed
- • Located in or able to work from Dallas, Texas, as required for this role
