- • Lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives in the Eastern US as the first leadership split in Planera’s growing sales organization, driving regional performance and strategic deal wins.
- • Provide elite coaching through 1:1s, ride-alongs, and deal reviews to develop reps at all experience levels, from ramping to veteran Account Executives.
- • Drive relentless pipeline creation across the Eastern region to ensure consistent growth and achievement of regional sales targets.
- • Partner directly with AEs on complex, strategic deals (ACVs $50K–$500K+) to navigate multiple stakeholders and increase win rates.
- • Contribute to sales enablement and training initiatives, acting as a force multiplier for the broader sales organization.
- • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and inspection cadence while traveling as needed to engage with customers and reps onsite.
- • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
- • Operate from an East Coast hub (NYC, Boston, Atlanta, or DC) with deep, non-negotiable expertise in Construction Tech (ConTech).
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience running a team of 5 or more Account Executives as a first-line manager in B2B SaaS.
- • Required experience in Construction, AEC, or a directly adjacent vertical (ConTech expertise).
- • Recent experience personally running and coaching complex, value-based sales cycles with 3- to 6-month durations.
- • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to engage with C-level customers and internal leadership.
- • Strong professional network of A-players who would follow you to a growing organization (recruiting magnet).
