  • • As the Regional Sales Director for the East region at Loft Labs, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of a category-defining company. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will not merely manage a sales territory but actively construct the very engine driving our growth. Loft Labs has transcended the early adopter phase and is now recognized as the architectural standard for AI Factories and GPU-heavy enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the strategic architect of your assigned region, tasked with building and nurturing an elite sales team, instilling a high-octane hunting mentality, and owning the go-to-market (GTM) strategy with the explicit goal of doubling our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • • You will lead a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to selling a mission-critical platform to the world's most sophisticated Engineering, DevOps, and AI leaders. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for the professional development and quota attainment of your team, fostering a high-performance culture from the ground up. This includes recruiting top-tier Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives who are adept at navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • • A key focus will be operationalizing our "Land & Expand" strategy. You will direct our average land motion, which currently stands at approximately $285k, and ensure your team is strategically positioned to capitalize on our significant Net Revenue Retention (NRR) potential of 165%. This involves identifying and nurturing expansion opportunities within our existing enterprise accounts, which include industry giants like JPMC, Adobe, and Samsung.
  • • Driving a relentless focus on pipeline generation is paramount. You will instill and maintain a robust "hunting cadence," setting the standard for outbound sales excellence. Your team will be empowered and directed to actively penetrate Fortune 500 and global enterprise markets, ensuring a consistent and healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • • In this "player-coach" capacity, you will actively engage in strategic deal orchestration for the region's largest and most complex opportunities. You will leverage our deep and strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as NVIDIA, HPE, and Dell to secure wins within the competitive AI infrastructure stack. Your ability to navigate these high-stakes deals will be critical to regional success.
  • • You will also serve as the strategic lead for regional field events and demand generation initiatives. This goes beyond mere participation; you will be involved in the design and execution of these events, ensuring they are optimized to convert into high-quality pipeline and contribute directly to revenue goals.
  • • Methodical execution and forecast accuracy are non-negotiable. You will ensure the region operates with a high degree of rigor, partnering closely with your team to navigate complex organizational structures and sales processes. Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message will be essential for driving consistent success and predictable revenue.
