  • • As the Regional Sales Director for EMEA at Braintrust Data, Inc., you will lead and scale the company’s first dedicated sales team in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, playing a foundational role in establishing Braintrust’s presence and driving revenue growth in a high-potential market for AI observability solutions.
  • • You will be accountable for territory success, including bookings, forecasting accuracy, team performance, and strategic pipeline development, reporting directly to senior leadership and shaping the go-to-market motion for enterprise and mid-market customers building AI products.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading and developing a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve bookings and revenue targets across assigned territories through effective coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • • You will shape and execute the regional sales strategy, including territory planning, pipeline management, and deal execution for both new and existing accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • • You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), streamline outbound motions, and accelerate revenue velocity through coordinated go-to-market initiatives.
  • • You will own forecasting, performance metrics, and territory health, leveraging data-driven insights to drive accountability, identify trends, and provide actionable coaching to your team.
  • • You will collaborate with product and GTM leadership to translate market feedback into product roadmap insights and ensure competitive positioning in the rapidly evolving AI developer tools landscape.
  • • You will build and scale scalable sales processes that enable predictable growth, improve handoffs across the customer lifecycle, and establish repeatable motions as the team expands.
  • • You will recruit, hire, and enable top sales talent as the team grows, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • • You will help define repeatable sales processes, set performance standards, and deepen relationships with strategic AI-driven engineering teams during your first year, laying the groundwork for long-term regional success.
  • • You will operate in a dynamic, mission-driven environment at an AI observability platform trusted by industry leaders like Notion, Stripe, Zapier, Vercel, and Ramp, where your work directly impacts how enterprises build and improve AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven sales leadership experience building and managing sales teams in high-growth SaaS or AI/ML-centric software companies.
  • • Deep understanding of the EMEA market with a demonstrated ability to grow business and navigate regional complexities across multiple countries and cultures.
  • • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, building robust sales pipelines, and managing long-cycle enterprise deals involving technical stakeholders.
  • • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to drive forecasting accuracy and team accountability.
  • • Ability to articulate complex technical product value in clear business outcomes, particularly in AI, developer tooling, or engineering platforms.
