📋 Description

  • As a Regional Sales Director at Garner Health, you will drive revenue growth by owning sales responsibilities for the company's fully and self-insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment, directly contributing to the mission of transforming the healthcare economy through data-driven, high-quality, and affordable care.
  • Day to day, you will manage and expand advisor partnerships with benefits brokers, consultants, and general agents, develop infrastructure for tracking sales and partnership pipelines, and collaborate with other regional sales directors and sales account executives in the Florida market to strengthen broker relationships and in-market support.
  • You will join a fast-growing healthcare technology company headquartered in NYC but operating with a remote-friendly culture, where mission-driven individuals are building innovative solutions that guide employees to better care while reducing costs for employers and improving physician incentives.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare benefits sales, refine your ability to communicate complex value propositions to external stakeholders, and grow as a leader in a high-performance, startup environment that values accountability, urgency, and authentic feedback.
