- • As the Regional Sales Director for the West, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Loft Labs, Inc. (operating as vCluster) by building and leading a high-performing sales team in a critical growth region. This role is far more than just managing a territory; it's about architecting the go-to-market strategy for a category-defining company that is rapidly becoming the architectural standard for AI Factories and GPU-heavy enterprises. You will be the strategic leader responsible for recruiting an elite team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, instilling a relentless, high-octane hunting mentality, and driving the GTM strategy to achieve ambitious Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth targets. Your team will be responsible for selling a mission-critical platform to some of the world's most sophisticated Engineering, DevOps, and AI leaders, making your impact directly tied to the company's hyper-growth trajectory.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass Strategic Leadership & Recruitment, where you will be the driving force behind attracting, hiring, and nurturing a regional team of top-tier Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives. You will own their professional development, ensure they meet and exceed their quotas, and cultivate a high-performance culture from the ground up. This involves setting clear expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering an environment where talent can thrive and grow.
- • A key focus will be operationalizing the "Land & Expand" motion. You will direct the team's efforts to capitalize on our substantial Net Revenue Retention (NRR) potential, which currently stands at an impressive 165%. This means guiding the team to effectively secure initial deals, with an average land motion of approximately $285k, and then strategically expanding our footprint within key enterprise accounts such as JPMC, Adobe, and Samsung. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the team understands and executes strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- • You will be tasked with instilling a relentless "Hunting Cadence" throughout the region. This involves driving an unwavering focus on pipeline generation and outbound excellence. You will set the standard for proactive market penetration, ensuring your team is actively and effectively engaging with Fortune 500 companies and the broader global enterprise market. This requires a deep understanding of effective outreach strategies and the ability to motivate a team to consistently pursue new business opportunities.
- • As a "player-coach," you will engage in Strategic Deal Orchestration for the region's most significant opportunities. You will work hand-in-hand with your team, leveraging our deep and strategic partnerships with industry leaders like NVIDIA, HPE, and Dell, to secure wins within the competitive AI infrastructure stack. Your experience and guidance will be invaluable in navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- • You will also serve as the strategic lead for GTM Partnership, specifically focusing on regional field events and demand generation initiatives. This goes beyond simply attending events; you will play an active role in designing and executing these initiatives to ensure they translate into high-quality pipeline and measurable business outcomes. Your insights will help shape how we engage with the market and generate leads.
- • Finally, Methodical Execution will be paramount. You will ensure the region operates with exceptional forecast accuracy and rigor. This involves partnering closely with your team to navigate complex organizational structures and sales processes, employing proven frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message to drive predictable revenue and successful outcomes. Your commitment to process and data-driven decision-making will be essential for sustained success.
