- • As a Regional Sales Executive at Autodesk, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by owning a defined portfolio of accounts across industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and more, developing and executing strategic account plans that expand Autodesk’s footprint and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • You will engage C-suite and senior stakeholders using value-based and consultative selling methodologies, uncover transformational opportunities, and orchestrate cross-functional teams including Technical Specialists, Customer Success, BDRs, Marketing, and Channel Partners to deliver impactful solutions.
- • Based in Austria and reporting to the Sales Director for EMEA, you will act as a Trusted Advisor, building deep, lasting relationships with executive decision-makers and positioning Autodesk as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- • You will maintain discipline in Salesforce and Altify, deliver accurate forecasting, feed customer insights back to Product and Marketing, and help build success reference stories that inspire others across the DACH market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Business-fluent German and English, both verbal and written
- • 3–6+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic accounts
- • Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., TAS, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar)
- • Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders to develop measurable outcome propositions
- • Strong commercial acumen and deal negotiation skills
- • Excellent collaboration and cross-functional leadership capability
- • High accountability, execution focus, and commitment to delivering results
