- • The Regional Sales Manager at Carl Zeiss AG is responsible for generating new business sales and profits (P&L) within a specific territory, driving revenue growth and market expansion for a global leader in optics and optoelectronics with over 179 years of innovation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include attaining or exceeding yearly revenue and profit quotas, conducting personalized sales demonstrations for MD and OD markets, maintaining and analyzing territory records, educating ophthalmologists and optometrists on product use, providing timely reports to management, and developing synergy opportunities with other Zeiss divisions and corporate partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • Four-year college degree or equivalent
- • Three to five (3-5) years’ sales experience
- • High level of technical/clinical product knowledge
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
- • Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills
