  • • As a Regional Sales Manager at Wealth.com Inc., you will drive new business in the financial advisory market by identifying qualified leads, prospecting new customers, and overseeing sales activities across a specified territory of geographic accounts, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s estate planning platform reach.
  • • Day to day, you will execute sales call strategies, deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, manage your sales pipeline and forecast, collaborate with product and client success teams, network through trade shows and social media, and partner with the BDR team to align on lead qualification and outbound strategy while maintaining a consultative, client-centric approach.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • • 3 years of sales experience (fintech preferred)
  • • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals
  • • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
  • • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
