- • Serve as a Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise for Southern California, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing enterprise client relationships to exceed individual sales quotas.
- • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying high-potential enterprise opportunities and developing detailed account development plans for assigned portfolios.
- • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders, within enterprise accounts across Southern California.
- • Act as the primary CrowdStrike ambassador within client accounts, articulating the company’s AI-native cybersecurity value proposition to position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including solutions engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver tailored sales proposals and close complex deals.
- • Lead virtual sales teams to coordinate efforts, align resources, and accelerate the sales cycle for opportunities ranging from $150k to $1M in contract value.
- • Accurately forecast business outcomes and pipeline progression using formal sales methodologies and CRM tools to ensure reliable revenue projections.
- • Network extensively within target enterprise accounts to uncover immediate business needs and expand opportunities through strategic leveraging of internal resources.
- • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions that align with client business objectives and cybersecurity challenges in high-stakes enterprise environments.
- • Maintain a disciplined approach to sales execution, ensuring consistent follow-up, pipeline hygiene, and alignment with corporate sales processes and metrics.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of IT security technologies and market trends to credibly engage technical and executive stakeholders in enterprise conversations.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client partnerships to drive recurring revenue and customer retention.
- • Utilize Salesforce.com and Clari to track activities, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance through data-driven insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience succeeding in a quota-driven enterprise sales environment
- • Proven track record of selling high-technology products to FTSE 250 or equivalent enterprise clients
- • Demonstrated ability to network and influence decision-makers up to C-level within enterprise accounts
- • Sales experience in the IT security industry with strong knowledge of security technology solutions
- • Ability to close solutions and services opportunities in the $150k – $1M range
- • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Miller-Hieman, or TAS
