📋 Description
- • As Regional Sales Manager, Southwest for Unreal Brands Inc., you will own and grow the Southwest region by managing key food accounts, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding within the existing customer base. This role is critical to achieving regional sales goals and increasing market share across 6+ states including CA (SoCal), TX, NV, UT, AZ, NM, and CO.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage sales targets across assigned accounts, directly mentor and develop an Area Sales Manager, build relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Strategy teams, analyze sales and distributor data to identify opportunities, execute merchandising programs, initiate new retailer penetration plans, utilize field tools like Repsly during store visits, and represent Unreal at industry events and food shows.
- • Unreal Brands Inc. is on a mission to unjunk the world by creating better-for-you chocolate and snacks with real, simple ingredients, less sugar, and no artificial additives. The company has built a devoted fanbase and is expanding its presence on shelves nationwide. You will join the Field Sales team reporting to the Director, West, in a hybrid role requiring approximately 25% travel, with a base in the SoCal region (preferably Greater Los Angeles/Orange County).
- • In this role, you will develop strategic planning and execution skills in regional sales leadership, deepen expertise in food and beverage retail markets, strengthen leadership abilities by managing and mentoring field sales personnel, gain experience in data-driven decision making using syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS), and grow your impact by driving measurable revenue growth and market expansion for a purpose-driven, rapidly scaling brand.
