  • • We are actively seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and knowledgeable Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in accelerating our market penetration and driving significant revenue growth within the strategically important South East Pennsylvania territory.
  • • As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand new business opportunities, meticulously manage and nurture client relationships, and consistently drive revenue growth within your assigned territory. You will operate as a key liaison, working in close collaboration with our esteemed engineering and product development teams. This partnership will involve a deep dive into understanding intricate customer needs and challenges, and then skillfully translating our sophisticated technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and value-driven propositions that resonate with prospective clients.
  • • The scope of this role encompasses the entire sales lifecycle. You will be instrumental in identifying potential clients, meticulously qualifying leads, conducting persuasive product demonstrations, crafting bespoke proposals, navigating complex negotiations, and ultimately, closing deals. Your ability to articulate the unique advantages and ROI of Standard Bots' solutions will be paramount.
  • • A significant aspect of this position involves representing Standard Bots at high-profile industry events, crucial trade shows, and impactful conferences. These engagements provide invaluable opportunities to showcase our innovations, network with key stakeholders, and gather critical market intelligence. Your insights and feedback will be directly channeled back to our product and strategy teams, influencing the future direction of our technology and market approach.
  • • You will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your region, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives. This includes proactive prospecting, building a robust pipeline of opportunities, and consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration principles, and the intricacies of industrial workflows across various sectors.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, including those without a deep technical background. You must be a master of negotiation, possess exceptional presentation skills, and demonstrate a proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
