- • In this pivotal role as the Regional Sales Manager for Vietnam, you will be the driving force behind revenue generation, tasked with consistently exceeding company revenue targets within the Vietnamese market. This will involve a deep dive into OPSWAT's cutting-edge technology, followed by the strategic development and meticulous implementation of account plans specifically tailored to drive deployments of our robust Cybersecurity platforms and solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to cultivate and nurture long-term, trusted relationships within target accounts, particularly those in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors, as well as large enterprises and critical infrastructure industries. Your primary objective will be to understand and address their strategic challenges, thereby generating significant sales opportunities.
- • This position demands a dynamic blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will be instrumental in managing and collaborating with senior management to conceptualize and advance both current and new revenue models. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a history of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas, demonstrating exceptional forecasting accuracy, and possessing a deep understanding of selling complex cybersecurity solutions. This role is specifically focused on the Vietnam territory, and preference will be given to candidates based in Hanoi.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategically identifying and pursuing high-value business opportunities that align with critical use cases, primarily within the BFSI and enterprise sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to effectively market and sell OPSWAT's products, solutions, and services, with the ultimate goal of surpassing ambitious sales quotas.
- • A key aspect of this role involves effectively communicating OPSWAT's compelling value propositions to clients, ensuring these messages resonate deeply with their specific needs and unique requirements. You will employ client-centric, solutions-oriented selling methodologies, coupled with a proactive hunter's mentality, to meticulously identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales opportunities. This includes adeptly articulating the financial Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) value propositions, and skillfully building and reinforcing value throughout the entire negotiation lifecycle.
- • Maintaining an exceptionally detailed and accurate record of all account and opportunity information within the Salesforce CRM system is paramount. This includes developing comprehensive account win plans, meticulously tracking customer touchpoints, and identifying and mitigating sales inhibitors.
- • Accurate forecasting and timely reporting of revenue projections to management are critical components of this role. You will be expected to consistently overachieve annual sales quotas, with performance measured on a quarterly basis. Additionally, you will undertake other assigned tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor, contributing to the broader success of the sales team and the company.
