- • The AI-Native segment represents a pivotal and inevitable growth area for Rox. These are teams that are already embracing modern data stacks, advanced AI workflows, and agentic systems, and they expect their revenue tooling to be equally sophisticated. This team operates at the cutting edge of our go-to-market strategy. It collaborates closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Executive Leadership to close complex, high-impact deals. Furthermore, this team plays a crucial role in defining Rox's presence and approach in a rapidly evolving market. We operate without legacy playbooks, emphasizing sharp strategic thinking, rapid learning, and tight feedback loops between our customers and our product development.
- • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President, AI-Native to lead high-impact, value-driven sales cycles with some of the world's most sophisticated GTM teams. This is a unique player-coach role, ideal for an individual who is not only adept at closing strategic deals themselves but also passionate about building and mentoring the next generation of sales talent. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the digital and AI-native segment, shaping our enterprise sales motion, and effectively translating Rox's advanced technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for our clients.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to working closely with executive leadership, product management, and key customers. Your role will involve not just closing deals but also influencing the strategic direction of how Rox is sold, identifying target customer profiles, and defining how we scale our sales function effectively over time. This position offers significant ownership and leverage for individuals who are technically inclined, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are energized by the prospect of operating without rigid, pre-defined playbooks.
- • Key responsibilities include owning revenue growth and customer acquisition for the AI-native and digital-forward segment. You will lead and close complex, strategic enterprise deals, often involving highly technical GTM teams. A critical aspect of this role involves partnering closely with our Solutions Engineering team to execute tight, high-signal sales cycles. You will collaborate with Product and Leadership to refine our market positioning, product packaging, and overall sales narratives, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring early-career Account Executives (AEs), guiding them to become confident, quota-carrying sellers. This includes building and refining sales processes that are designed to scale efficiently without impeding the team's velocity or agility. You will also serve as a vital market signal, channeling customer needs and feedback back into the company to inform product development and strategic planning.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to quickly integrate and contribute. Within your first few weeks, you will develop a deep understanding of Rox's product, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and core value narrative, actively engaging in live deals. Within a few months, you will be consistently closing high-quality customers in the AI-native segment and demonstrably improving deal velocity. Over time, you will have built a high-performing regional team, cultivated strong individual sellers, and significantly contributed to defining Rox's enterprise sales motion and strategy.
