- • The Regional Vice President, CPA Alliances is a strategic growth role responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing national and regional CPA firms to participate in a structured referral program that drives mutual value through integrated wealth management and tax planning.
- • Day to day, the individual will prospect and engage CPA firm leadership, conduct discovery meetings, present the firm’s referral program, build trusted relationships, serve as the primary liaison between CPA partners and internal teams, facilitate onboarding, develop joint business development initiatives, track and report on KPIs such as partner acquisition and revenue contribution, represent the firm at industry events, and ensure compliance with SEC and state regulatory requirements.
- • Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is an independent wealth management firm serving over 80,000 households across 140+ offices nationwide, known for its personalized financial planning through the Roundtable and UniFi processes, and committed to raising the standard of wealth management since 1997 with specialized knowledge and attentive service.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve scalable partnership development in the financial services industry, deepen expertise in RIA and CPA business models, influence referral program strategy and structure, contribute directly to AUM and revenue growth, and build a national network of CPA alliances while advancing their leadership in strategic partnership development within a mission-driven, client-focused organization.
