- • Regional Vice President of Sales responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational quotas in the Northeast enterprise market.
- • Develop and execute aggressive customer acquisition strategies, personally oversee regional enterprise accounts, and collaborate with partner and channel resources to create actionable sales plans.
- • Conduct weekly forecast meetings, coach the sales team on deal closure strategies, and report regional sales activity and forecasts to sales leadership.
- • Oversee a team of 4-8 Directors of Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Account Managers, mentor direct reports in account planning, and lead recruitment, hiring, and training of new Account Executives.
- • Maintain awareness of key regional contractual obligations, facilitate customer meetings, and ensure delivery of technology solutions tailored to customer needs.
- • Up to 50% travel required to engage with clients and team members across the region.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- • 5 years of proven sales leadership experience
- • Enterprise software sales experience as both an individual contributor and sales leader
- • Experience managing top-performing sales teams
- • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- • Working knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and network operations environment
- • Proven history of exceptional quota attainment
- • Superb organizational skills
- • 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance

- • Annual base salary range of $165,000 to $253,000, commission eligible
