  • • As the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales (UK), you will be instrumental in driving WRITER's growth and success within the UK market. This pivotal role involves leading a high-performing enterprise sales team, comprising 6 Enterprise Account Executives, with a clear mandate to acquire new logos, expand existing accounts, and ensure renewals. You will be directly responsible for achieving ambitious revenue targets, actively engaging in the field alongside your team, refining sales processes, and enhancing WRITER's engagement strategies with enterprise clients.
  • • A core aspect of your leadership will be providing exceptional guidance, coaching, and support to your team members, fostering an environment where individual and collective success is paramount. Your ability to inspire, cultivate curiosity, and instill a winning mindset will be crucial in shaping our company culture and identifying early adopters in the rapidly evolving AI writing space. This is a "builder" role, offering a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-growing, innovative company.
  • • You will report directly to the EMEA Vice President of Sales, playing a senior leadership role within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering against aggressive sales targets, establishing and continuously iterating on robust sales processes from lead generation and qualification to pipeline management and forecasting. This includes overseeing Proof of Concept (POC) engagements and ensuring predictable revenue outcomes.
  • • A key focus will be on hiring and developing top-tier sales talent, ensuring alignment with WRITER's core values of connect, challenge, and own. You will identify high-leverage coaching opportunities for each representative and develop tailored plans to address their development needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Product, to ensure that WRITER's solutions are strategically aligned with customer needs and deliver tangible business value.
  • • You will be responsible for providing regular, insightful sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and owning critical operational metrics such as pipeline growth, sales cycle length, and close rates. Cultivating a high-performance culture characterized by collaboration, continuous learning, and a strong sense of urgency will be essential. You will model the integrity, attitude, and drive expected from your team.
  • • In addition to team leadership, you will establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer executives, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for WRITER's solutions. Your deep understanding of complex, consultative sales cycles and your ability to navigate the enterprise landscape will be vital in securing and growing significant accounts. This role demands a hands-on sales leader who is energized by the transformative potential of AI and passionate about empowering talented Account Executives to achieve extraordinary results.
