  • • In the role of Regional Vice President of Labor Sales, you will be instrumental in driving Sword Health's success within this critical market. Your primary mission will be to uncover, develop, and close new business opportunities specifically within labor unions and trust funds. You will achieve this by expertly presenting and advocating for Sword's innovative digital musculoskeletal (MSK) solutions, which are designed to address the unique challenges faced by this demographic.
  • • Your efforts will directly guide these labor entities toward substantial cost reductions while simultaneously ensuring positive clinical outcomes for their members. Many in the labor and public sectors grapple with a wide array of MSK conditions, leading to significant disability, lost productivity, and escalating healthcare expenses. Your role will be to demonstrate how Sword Health's AI-driven approach offers a superior, more cost-effective, and clinically effective alternative to traditional care pathways.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly growing company that is fundamentally changing how healthcare is delivered. You will be empowered to build and execute a sales strategy tailored to the specific needs and structures of the labor market, working closely with key decision-makers and influencers within these organizations. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the economic and clinical benefits of our platform and effectively communicate this value to diverse stakeholders, including union leaders, trustees, and benefits managers.
  • • Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing complex deals in a B2B healthcare or benefits sales environment. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging your expertise to navigate the intricacies of the labor market and drive significant revenue growth for Sword Health.
